Delivery
We deliver within Germany as well as to Austria and Switzerland.

Delivery times

  • 8 - 15 working days 

Shipping costs

  • Germany: €4.90 (free shipping for orders over €50)

  • Austria/Switzerland: €6.90 (free shipping for orders over €50)

 

Conditions for a return

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Reduced or personalized items are non-refundable.

Return process

  1. Please send us an email to mtcommerce25@gmail.com  within 14 days of receiving your order , stating your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will confirm your return request by email.
  3. Return the goods to the following address:

Shipping costs for returns

  • You as the buyer are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • If the goods are faulty or damaged, we will of course cover the return costs.

Refunds

  • Once we have inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 14 days .

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for faulty or damaged goods).

Exchanges
: Direct exchanges are not possible. If you would like a different item, please reorder through our online shop.
